Progress is automatically saved at mailbox checkpoints throughout the game. When you run out of health pips, you will respawn from the nearest active checkpoint.

To load your saved game:

1. From the main menu, select Play
2. Use the Left Stick to select your saved game slot
3. Press the A button to load your saved game
