You will encounter different types of enemies on the battlefield requiring different types of attacks and moves to defeat them. To take on a Laser Enemy:

Laser enemies emit powerful laser beams that cannot be dodged.

Laser enemies turn green when charging up an attack.

Raise your Repulsor in front of you to activate your shield.

The shield will block the laser, but it will only stay active for a short time.
