Once the orphans have been rescued and Evil Dr. Porkchop defeated in the Train Rescue: Loco Motives level of Disney • Pixar Toy Story 3, the game will go directly to the Toy Box (Woody's Roundup).
Toy Box Mode is an open world where you can choose whatever activity you wish to do in any order you wish to do them in.
Missions
You’ll find several kinds of missions throughout the world. Once a mission is complete, you’ll earn various rewards including gold, and new customizations.
New Toys
As you complete missions, you can buy other new toys. These toys introduce new ways to have fun by adding different ways to play.
Customization
There are many different ways to customize the way you play in Toy Box Mode, including buildings and townspeople.
Wii
- A Building Pack Prize Capsule or an Outfit Prize Capsule must first be collected before town buildings and townspeople can be customized (Prize Capsules can usually be found during the course of a mission or around town).
- To customize the town buildings to a particular theme, point the blue and yellow cursor at one of the buildings with the Wii Remote. When the cursor turns into a paint brush, press the B Button. Using the D-pad on the Wii Remote, scroll left or right to the desired theme pack and press the A Button to customize the town to that theme.
- To dress the townspeople in a particular outfit, point the blue and yellow cursor at any one of the townspeople with the Wii Remote. When the cursor turns into a t-shirt, press the B Button. Using the D-pad on the Wii Remote, scroll left or right to the desired outfit and press the A Button to dress the townspeople in that theme.
