You can access the sound settings by tapping the "Parent Portal" button in the bottom right corner from the Nursery in Doc McStuffins: Baby Nursery. Enter the numbers displayed to continue to settings in the Parent Portal.

Tap the "Sound" button to toggle the sound and music on or off. Tap the "X" button to return to the Nursery.
