When are single player companions unlocked?

Single player companions are unlocked automatically as you progress through out the game and complete levels:

Level 1: Young Kristoff with no power-up
Level 8: Young Anna with Fire Torch
Level 9: Young Else with Glacier
Level 24: Pabbie with Troll Magic
Level 37: Anna with Fire Torch
Level 38: Queen Elsa with Glacier
Level 42: Hans with Sword
Level 81: Kristoff with Ice Axe
Level 92: Sven with Carrot
Level 111: Olaf with Hot Cocoa
