When attempting to download Where's My Water? again after having downloaded and installed the app previously, the follow error message appears:
"Where's My Water? could not be downloaded due to an error (403)".
To fix this, try clearing the proxy:
- From the Home menu, select "Menu"
- Select "Settings" from the "Menu" and navigate to "Wireless & Networks;" select "More"...
- Tap "Mobile Networks", then "Access Point Names" (APNs), then "MOWAP", and then "Edit Access Point"
- Clear the proxy settings here to resolve the issue
