If you didn’t receive your purchase and want to request a refund, you can report the issue to Apple through your web or iOS device. Depending on the device you’re using, follow the steps below:
Web
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Select Request a refund in the drop down menu
- Select a reason for your refund request and select Next
- Choose the in-app purchase or item for refund and select Submit
iOS device
- Go to Settings and tap your name [Apple ID]
- Tap Media & Purchases on the right
- Tap View Account and verify your password
- Scroll down and tap Purchase History
- Tap the arrow next to the in-app purchase for refund
- Tap Report A Problem to request a refund
