If you're having issues with your Base, please try the following:
- Plug the Base into an alternate USB port.
- Ensure that you have fully completed the tutorial/introduction; the Base won't light up until the tutorial is complete.
- Place the Base on a stable, secure, and even surface.
- Ensure that the Base is not on a metal surface or near any metallic objects.
- Check the bottom of the Base to ensure it is the correct version for your console.
- If you continue to have troubles, please return it to the retailer to see if they can offer a replacement.
