Xbox One users who have their account set to "Block" the "Join Multiplayer Games" option have found that Disney Infinity 3.0 is displaying extremely low frame rates in all areas of the game – this leads to the game freezing and crashing.

Note: this is the default setting for child accounts with network restrictions, as well as Xbox Live Silver accounts.

This can be resolved by changing your account's privacy settings. Use the following directions to update your settings:

1. Go to "My games & apps"
2. Select "Settings"
3. Go to "About me" and scroll down to "Privacy & online safety"
4. Select "Custom"
5. Scroll to the right, and under "Join multiplayer games" change "Block" to "Allow"
