Getting Started
Follow these steps to get the most out of the Eternals: AR Story Experience:
- We recommend closing all open apps before launching Eternals: AR Story Experience to fully enjoy the experience.
- Allow access to your camera
- Make sure sound is not muted; use headphones, if possible
- Select a clear area on the floor and tap to place the vases
- Be aware of your surroundings when using the experience; if you get stuck, walk back to the glowing circle to continue
Turning on Subtitles
From the main screen, tap the Menu button in the top left corner. Tap Subtitles to select your preferred language and adjust the font size.
Chapter Selector
Once you have played through the entire experience, all chapters will unlock. To jump to a specific chapter, tap the Menu button in the top left corner. Tap Chapters, swipe to the chapter you wish to play and tap to select. If a chapter is grayed out, play through the entire experience to unlock it.

Troubleshooting Tips
If you're running into issues in the app on your iOS device, try the following steps:
Force close the app
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen
- Swipe left or right to view running apps
- Swipe up to close an app
- Relaunch the app
Restart your device
- Press and hold the side button plus either the volume up or volume down buttons until the “Slide to Power Off” text appears
- Move the slider on the screen to the right to turn off the device
- Once the device is completely powered down, turn it back on
- Try launching the app again
Update your device software
- From the Home menu, tap "Settings"
- Select "General," then tap "Software Update"
- Your device will check for and display available updates
Check for available free space on your device
- From the Home menu, tap "Settings"
- Tap "General" in the left column
- Select "About"
- Check "Available" to see if you have enough free space on your device
